2015 Annual Working Conference by the Headquarters of Haisum

The Headquarters of Haisum held the 2015 annual working conference on the 12th and 13th of May to make reviews of all the work done in 2014 and set off priorities for this year’s key tasks. The conference was attended by management and leaders above the rank of assistant in each department from the Shanghai subsidiary. 

 

 

President Xu Datong from Haisum delivered the conference report, reviewing the income and profit made and contract performances in 2014 and comparing these datum with previous ones. He also focused his analyses on problems existing with issues such as income decline, general contractor management and control, overseas business, operational models, industrialization of research findings, etc and reiterated that the company is going to make some adjustments, from the perspective of top-level design, on the ways and contents of performance appraisals this year and integrate overseas business development and management innovations, which are both related with company’s strategic growth, into the appraising system.
President Yan delivered the concluding speech and put forward specific requirements for completing every work plan this year. Yan emphasized that corporate development is in constant requirement of sustaining growth, and that Haisum, as the only listed company of SINOLIGHT CORPORATION as well as one of its subsidiaries that make the most contributions, has to take the lead to bring in the reforms and overcome difficulties and be the pioneer to innovations and explorations in the Group.   

The company management has also signed with each of the headquarters’ departments the 2015 Liability Statements on production and operation, management targets and construction of a clean and honest Party. Representatives from all the production and functional departments exchanged their opinions, delivered their speeches and made related discussions.
